Navigating Construction Disputes – The Collaborative Seminar by Kudun and Partners and the Construction Lawyers Society
On Friday, January 26, Kudun and Partners, in collaboration with the Construction Lawyers Society (?????????????????????), hosted a seminar titled “How to Draft a Construction Contract to Mitigate Potential Disputes.” The seminar provided comprehensive coverage of construction disputes, delving deep into insights surrounding both preventative strategies and issues that commonly arise from contracts.
Chamnan Pichetpan, Counsel of the Construction Lawyers Society, and Kumpon Kittipongpattana, President of the Construction Lawyers Society, led the first session, focusing on contractual provisions essential for mitigating the risk of disputes. In the second session, Pariyapol Kamolsilp, Partner and Co-head of Dispute Resolution, Litigation, and Arbitration Practice, along with Kongwat Akaramanee, Partner, shared their knowledge and experience regarding disputes that often stem from construction contracts.
The event drew participation from over 80 attendees representing prominent domestic and international organizations.
