Three Bradley Attorneys Selected for LCLD’s 2024 Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

Bradley is pleased to announce that Kristina Allen Reliford has been selected as a 2024 Fellow of the Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and that Trenton K. Patterson and Sabah Petrov have been selected as 2024 LCLD Pathfinders.
The LCLD Fellows program is designed to create a diverse U.S. legal profession. The program provides high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building resources through virtual and in-person training sessions, as well as networking opportunities, including class meetings, leadership lunches, accountability partners, and mentoring and alumni events.
The LCLD Pathfinders program connects high-potential, early-career diverse attorneys with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources during a seven-month professional development program, including virtual training methods and networking opportunities such as class meetings, regional meetings, online experiential learning, peer circles, and program facilitator support from LCLD alumni.

Ms. Reliford is a partner in the firm’s Nashville office and focuses her practice on securities and government investigations, complex business disputes, and non-compete litigation. She has a strong commitment to civic involvement and serves in various leadership roles in civil and professional organizations, including serving as an active member of the Napier Looby Bar Association and serving on the Boards of Directors for the Nashville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the STRIVE Collegiate Academy.
Ms. Petrov is an associate in Bradley’s Washington, D.C. office and concentrates her practice on construction litigation, dispute resolution and government contracts. She handles contract review, assists with consumer protection matters, reviews evidentiary and procedural issues in construction litigation and arbitration proceedings, and regularly assists with drafting pleadings, motions and discovery requests. Ms. Petrov was named to the 2021 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll by the D.C. Courts for donating 50 or more hours of pro bono service.
Mr. Patterson is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office and represents corporate clients in every phase of litigation – from inception to final disposition – in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, construction, real estate, and health care. He has a strong record of securing favorable rulings and judgments in both state and federal courts, as well as negotiating favorable settlements for clients across Texas and the U.S. In 2022, Mr. Patterson was named to the “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Black Lawyers.
