Bradley’s Hall Eady Appointed Chairman of Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish® Alabama

Bradley is pleased to announce that Birmingham partner Hall Eady has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish® Alabama. He previously served on the Board of Directors as the Development Committee chair for five years and served on the Regional Advisory Council for three years.
Since the Make-A-Wish Alabama chapter was founded, more than a thousand wishes have been granted for children across all 67 counties of Alabama.

Mr. Eady is a commercial and financial services litigator. He regularly defends financial services companies against borrower and customer-driven claims and provides advice regarding recoupment options, including lien rights, closing errors, title insurance, mortgage insurance and correspondent/broker agreements. Mr. Eady also works with commercial clients on contract negotiations, general commercial and contract disputes, insurance claims, business owner disputes, real property disputes, and claims against professional service providers. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and serves on its Plaintiff’s Practice Committee, which recognizes his experience pursuing affirmative claims for firm clients over the years as part of his “plaintiff’s practice.”
