David Pratt Quoted in Forbes on Trump’s Legal Fines and Avenues for Payment
Bradley partner David Pratt was quoted in Forbes on former president Donald Trump’s $454 million legal fines and options for payment to the state of New York.
According to Forbes’ estimates, Trump does not have the cash value and liquid assets to pay these fines, so he may post an appeals bond with a third party. However, Pratt said, “Any lender that makes a loan to Donald Trump, wherever they’re regulated, has the potential of getting entwined in a dispute with this judgment.”
