HEUKING advises AICHELIN Holding GmbH on sale of EMA Indutec GmbH
HEUKING Partner Dr. Christoph F. Wetzler, Frankfurt, legally advised and represented AICHELIN Holding GmbH on its sale of EMA Indutec GmbH.
AICHELIN Group, specialized in industrial heat treatment of metallic parts and components, is con-solidating its group of companies with a stronger focus on its core business. Its German subsidiary EMA Indutec GmbH has been successfully divested to internationally renowned ParkOhio group.
The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction was successfully closed in February with proceeds from the sale to be invested in future projects and R&D efforts, among other initiatives.
