On February 15th, global IT consulting firm Bridgenext acquired 100% of the shares of Folcode SRL, an Argentine company specialized in the development of digital products with more than 15 years of experience in the software industry.
The Folcode acquisition marks Bridgenext’s expansion into South America, which directly responds to the need for nearshore delivery teams to provide more comprehensive access to its talent.
Bridgenext is a digital consulting services leader specializing in technology, data and creative marketing solutions; owned by the American private equity firm Kelso & Company.
Folcode is a boutique digital engineering services company located in the province of San Juan, Argentina. It specializes in creating digital products and high impact digital experiences for clients in the travel, fintech, edtech and logistics industries.
