"What is unclear to me is whether or not the increase in wages for women is due to the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, or whether it's just running parallel to the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act," Hinckley said.
"It's hard to know what impact this law has when you only have three years of data. You may need more runway to understand the long-term impacts of a law like that."
