Benchmark Litigation Names Bradley 2024 Tennessee Firm of the Year

March, 2024 - Birmingham, Alabama

Bradley is pleased to announce that the firm was recognized as the “Tennessee Firm of the Year” for 2024 at Benchmark Litigation’s Benchmark US Awards. Bradley has won the award four out of the last five years.

The firm was formally recognized at the 15th annual Benchmark US Awards ceremony in New York earlier this month.

“We are thrilled to be honored again this year by Benchmark Litigation as the top litigation firm in Tennessee,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lauren B. Jacques. “We are very proud of our accomplished Tennessee litigators and the outstanding successes they have achieved on behalf of our clients.”

The Benchmark US Awards recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and firms in each state based on the significance of their representations from the past year. The awards highlight the most impactful cases, the lawyers and law firms behind those cases, and the litigators who helped pave the way.

The 2024 editions of Benchmark Litigation and the Benchmark LitigationLabor & Employment guides recognized 53 Bradley attorneys late last year. A leading guide to litigation firms and attorneys in the United States and Canada, Benchmark Litigation determines rankings through extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients, as well as through examinations of recent casework handled by law firms.

Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group has more than 225 litigators who handle matters in nearly every substantive area of law concerning business clients. The team approaches cases strategically, providing early case assessments for clients to help direct the course of the matter from preliminary dispositive motions and settlement talks through trial and appeal, if necessary. The team’s creativity and skill in successfully handling high-stakes and complex cases are informed by experience in litigating and arbitrating in every state, as well as every federal district and appellate court, across the United States.
