Bradley Welcomes Team of Real Estate Attorneys to Its Atlanta Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that commercial real estate partners Stephanie Friese and Christine R. Norstadt have joined the firm’s Atlanta office, along with senior attorney Katherine M. Fish and associate William Janousek. All previously practiced together, and Ms. Friese served as national chair of their firm’s real estate practice.

Ms. Friese’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition to counseling asset managers, developers, landlords and tenants. Her experience also includes resolution of landlord-tenant matters, commercial foreclosures, and evictions. Her clients own, develop and manage commercial office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties across the U.S. Ms. Friese earned her J.D. (cum laude) from University of Georgia School of Law, her B.A. (cum laude) from Stetson University, and her A.A. from Andrew College.

Ms. Norstadt counsels owners, managers and users of office, retail and industrial properties, apartments and land in all aspects of commercial real estate, most frequently, involving acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and development matters. Her clients span from individual, local investors to national real estate funds. She earned her J.D. (cum laude) from Emory University School of Law and her B.S. (summa cum laude) from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ms. Fish advises lenders in real estate-backed commercial finance transactions, and buyers, sellers, and governmental entities in various real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, and easement negotiations. Ms. Fish received her J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, her M.B.A. from Samford University’s Brock School of Business, and her B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Janousek assists clients with commercial lease negotiation, title review, acquisition and disposition due diligence, and contract drafting. He has a J.D. (cum laude) from Georgia State University College of Law and a B.B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Georgia.
