SyCipLaw Announces Appointment of Retired Partner Dante T. Pamintuan as Of Counsel

SyCipLaw announces the retirement of partner and Employment and Immigration Department (EID) head Dante T. Pamintuan from the firm. Mr. Pamintuan will continue to serve as Of Counsel to SyCipLaw, effective March 1, 2024.
Mr. Pamintuan joined the firm in 1985, with a practice that covered various areas, but primarily focused on employment law. With 39 years of experience in employment and labor relations, he has become one of the country's recognized experts in the field, with a reputation for providing proactive and practical approaches and solutions to his many clients. In 2019, Mr. Pamintuan was appointed the head of EID, which post he held up to his retirement. He has been active in a number of international networks, including Employment Law Alliance - the world's largest network of labor, employment, and immigration lawyers that provide world-class, comprehensive, and innovative legal solutions - where he took on leadership roles. Ms. Leslie C. Dy will succeed Mr. Pamintuan as EID head, effective March 1, 2024.
