Jeff Luechtefeld Quoted in Law360 Pulse on Tax Team's Move to Bradley's Atlanta Office

Bradley partner Jeff Luechtefeld was quoted in Law360 Pulse on the recent move of the five-person tax controversy team to from Chamberlain Hrdlicka to Bradley. The team includes three partners and two senior attorneys.
"As a southeast-based, litigation-heavy tax controversy practice, joining Bradley just made sense for us," Luechtefeld said. "Bradley, which already has strong ties to the southeastern U.S., exceptional tax and transactional practices, and a market-leading litigation practice, is a natural fit for our team. Joining Bradley also gives us the opportunity to help serve their existing clients, who are spread across the national in just about every industry. In the short time that we have been here, we have found immediate opportunity to collaborate with other Bradley practice groups and beyond."
Luechtefeld said that the original plan wasn't to join a new firm as a fully formed team, but as more information came out regarding the opportunity to join Bradley, he said that it made sense to expand the number of attorneys that ultimately made the move to the firm’s Atlanta office. The team consists of Luechtefeld, John Nail, Sean Gannon, Gabriella Cole, and Jessica Stephan.

"We have been able to plug in seamlessly at Bradley and continue to serve our clients, and at the same time, we are able to work together as we explore all the new opportunities that the move to Bradley unlocks for us."

However, we are not setting arbitrary goals.
