HEUKING advises diva-e management on reinvestment in diva-e and Conclusion
A HEUKING team led by Dr. Rainer Herschlein legally advised the management of diva-e on acquiring a management stake in both diva-e and Conclusion group. This investment is linked to the takeover of diva-e group by the Dutch Conclusion group. The acquisition, and consequently the investment, is anticipated to be closed in Q2/2024, pending regulatory approvals.
Dutch Conclusion group, a leading European IT service provider, reported revenue of about EUR 560 million in 2023. With a workforce of over 3,900 employees spread across Europe and South Africa, Conclusion comprises more than 30 companies dedicated to business transformation and IT services.
