Han Kun partner Lili Wu again recognized among MIP's Top 250 Women in IP

Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) has recently published its 2024 "Top 250 Women in IP" ranking. Han Kun partner Lili Wu was honored in the ranking for the third time, owing to her years of dedication and exceptional performance in the IP domain and having garnered accolades and recommendations from peers and high-profile clients both at home and abroad.
Ms. Wu focuses on providing a full array of IP services to her clients, covering full-process patent portfolio management and the acquisition and enforcement of patent rights. She has extensive experience, both on a global basis and in the context of PRC law, in advising mid- and large-sized multinationals on managing patent portfolios to increase the value of their IP assets. She also frequently counsels clients in corporate IP management, transactional due diligence, and trade secrets protection. Ms. Wu has led the representation of clients in cases involving patent grant confirmation and patent right exercise which have been selected as leading cases and innovative cases by the Supreme People's Court and the Beijing Higher People's Court.
