Han Kun partner Harry Xia recognized as a South China Rising Lawyer in ALB's 2024 China Regional Ranking

On May 30, 2024, Asian Legal Business ("ALB") formally announced its "2024 ALB China Regional Ranking: South China Rising Lawyers". Han Kun partner Harry Xia, who is based in the firm's Shenzhen office, was honored in the rankings due to his standout practice.

Mr. Xia mainly specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring, employee incentives, foreign and outbound investment, formation and operation of investment funds, compliance, and general corporate matters. The list is a result of months-long research, surveys, and selection by ALB, by referring to law firm submissions, editorial resources, market suggestions and on-line survey to shine young lawyers who are developing rapidly into leading figures with ambition, potential, excellent performance and good reputation in the regional legal market. The factors assessed include candidates' significant achievements, important deals or cases, significant work in the past 12 months, key clients, significant recognition or awards received, and client and peer remarks.
