Buchalter Welcomes New Shareholder to Seattle Office

June 11, 2024 – Buchalter is pleased to announce the addition of Adam C. Doupé as a new Shareholder in the firm’s Seattle office. Doupé will be a member of the firm’s prominent Litigation and Health Care practice groups.

Doupé also maintains a general healthcare practice that includes counseling and litigation support. He provides general legal advice to healthcare providers and counsels physicians during employment transitions. He has also represented skilled nursing facilities, operators, and investors in citation appeals before the Departmental Appeals Board and in appeals arising from the issuance or denial of certificates of need. Doupé understands the business concerns of his healthcare clients and is committed to preserving their reputations through the successful resolution of a litigation matter.
