17 June 2024 – Buchalter is excited to announce the addition of Shareholder Amy Cross to its Portland office. Cross joins the firm as a member of the Tax, Benefits, and Estate Planning Practice group.

Her practice emphasizes succession planning for clients with closely held businesses and advises clients on estate planning issues affecting multi-generational wealth transfers. She also has experience with charitable planning, nonprofit corporations, probates, trust administrations, special needs planning, and protective proceedings as well as beneficiary representation.
