Dusit Thani, a prominent Thai listed company renowned for its expertise in properties, hotels, and residential developments, entered this strategic partnership through its subsidiary, Dusit Hospitality Services Company Limited with a subsidiary company of one of the largest and oldest listed companies in the construction materials sector in Thailand and Southeast Asia. This collaboration aims to develop, construct, and sell or lease residential buildings and villas for a multi-generation living project located in the picturesque Cha-am District of Phetchaburi Province, Thailand, a famous tourist destination.
The negotiation process for this joint venture was intricate, involving detailed discussions and reconciling differing perspectives to reach a mutually beneficial agreement, spearheaded by our partner, Kongkoch Yongsavasdikul.
