8. Equity Market Deal of the Year – Li Auto At-The-Market Offering
9. Equity Market Deal of the Year – Lotus Tech's De-SPAC
10. M&A Deal of the Year – DiDi-XPENG Strategic Collaboration
11. M&A Deal of the Year – Lotus Technology SPAC Merger

The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2024, an annual celebration of legal excellence in Hong Kong, has come to its 23rd year. These prestigious awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams from Hong Kong and the region and highlight exceptional deals with Hong Kong elements. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony held in Hong Kong on September 13, 2024.
