Buchalter Welcomes Corporate Shareholder in San Diego

14 August, 2024 – Buchalter is pleased to announce that Shai Larkin has joined the firm as a Shareholder in its San Diego office. Larkin will be joining the firm’s Corporate Practice group bringing extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactional matters.

Earlier this year, Buchalter celebrated its 6 year anniversary in San Diego and significant growth of the office. The office has grown faster than expected with approximately 60 lawyers and 30 support professionals. Recently, the firm was ranked the 11th largest firm in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal having moved up in ranking faster than previously seen. Larkin represents buyers, sellers, investors and sponsors in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and recapitalizations. His representation of companies includes formation through exit, including initial organizational, seed, and subsequent debt and equity financings. With emerging growth and later-stage companies, Larkin handles corporate governance matters, services and strategic partnership agreements and other commercial agreements.
