Buchalter Adds Three Real Estate Lawyers in Nashville
12 August 2024 – Buchalter is delighted to announce the addition of Shareholder Talbott Ottinger, along with Rebecca Miller and Catie Oryl. All join as members of the Real Estate practice group.

Chair of the Nashville Office Real Estate practice group, Ottinger represents clients and entities, with a focus on commercial real estate and business transactions, including corporate structure, entity formation, and asset purchases and sales. Ottinger regularly advises and assists clients with capital raises, joint ventures, the purchase and sale of real estate, financing, and real estate leases.

Oryl represents individuals and businesses with a focus on corporate and business transactions, including corporate structure, entity formation, and a special emphasis on state and local taxation. She has experience in assisting multistate clients in corporate reorganizations and tax matters, ranging from state and local tax compliance, tax credits, and audit defense. She has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
