Han Kun wins two honors at ALB China Regional Law Awards 2024

On August 16, 2024, Asian Legal Business (ALB) announced in Shanghai the winners of its ALB China Regional Law Awards 2024: East China, which is open to "local" law firms headquartered in Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, and Shanghai ("East China") and "non-local" law firms headquartered in other regions with a presence in East China.Han Kun won "Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law Firm of the Year: East China - Non Local" and the Han Kun-advised deal "Adlai Nortye Ltd. (ANL)'s IPO on the Nasdaq Global Market" was awarded "Equity Market Deal of the Year: East China", owing to the firm's outstanding practices in East China. Han Kun lawyers Ms. Yin Ge, Mr. Chunyao Lin, and Mr. Yang (Aaron) Gu attended the ceremony on behalf of Han Kun to receive the honor.
These prestigious awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners, in-house teams, and law firms in the East China legal market, which covers five provinces and one municipality: Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, and Shanghai. The awards aim to recognize exceptional accomplishments and efforts to spur more legal teams and practitioners to pursue and contribute to professional excellence.
