Full focus on Space: HEUKING advises RUAG International on the sale of its Lithography business to ZEISS SMT
The Swiss RUAG International and Zeiss SMT have signed an agreement regarding the sale and acquisition of the Lithography Division, including all employees and assets associated with the two production sites in Zurich (Switzerland) and Coswig (Germany). The acquisition is still subject to approval by the competition authorities. The closing is expected until year-end of 2024.
RUAG International is a Swiss technology group specializing in aerospace engineering and the defence industry. The divestment of the Lithography business is driving RUAG International’s privatization and will allow the company to fully focus on its space activities with Beyond Gravity and its Launchers and Satellites divisions.
