Participation in quasi-trade unions by employees is on the rise, which increases the risks of collective lawsuits, especially among middle management staff.
Employee retention is a critical issue in fields like IT, technical industries, and sectors requiring deep expert knowledge.
Financial incentives are no longer sufficient on their own, although they still play a significant role. Everything matters now: a comfortable office, remote work options, a relaxed dress code, company-provided work equipment, and a non-toxic work environment. The model of financial motivation itself has also evolved.
Labor-related issues in transactions are now more relevant than ever. People as assets have become more significant.
Another hot topic is transactional bonuses and retention bonuses, not only for top management but also for key personnel.
