HEUKING advises Lütze Group on structured succession process

A HEUKING team, led by Stuttgart-based Partner Dr. Rainer Herschlein, advised Lütze Group on legal and tax matters relating to its sale to U.S.-based Amphenol Corporation. The team structured and coordinated the entire bidding process, while also leading the negotiations for the German part of the transaction. The sale of the U.S. subsidiary, Lutze Inc., had already been finalized on May 1, 2024. Following the sale, the transfer of shares to Lütze Consulting GmbH & Co. KG, the German holding company for the international Lütze Group, was concluded after obtaining all necessary official approvals.
