Han Kun successfully applies for a key research project by the Securities Association of China for 2024

Recently, the Securities Association of China ("SAC") announced the List of Key Research Projects for 2024.  A research project Han Kun jointly applied for with members of the SAC has been officially approved.

This year saw fierce competition to initiate SAC's key projects.  After a comprehensive evaluation by experts in the aspects of standardization of applications, quality of topic selection, capabilities and research background of researchers, research outlines, expected research results and support of the institutions, the SAC confirmed the approval of 181 key research project applications out of 731 research project applications.  Han Kun's research project successfully obtained approval, entitled "Research on the Frontier Issues and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Governance of Bond Default Risk: Focusing on the Legal Responsibility of Intermediary Institutions".  In the next step, the Han Kun team will work together with the joint applicants to complete the research and development of the related research projects and prepare the related reports.
