14 October, 2024 – Buchalter is pleased to announce the promotion to Shareholder of eleven attorneys from five offices and eight practice groups across the firm.

Skye Daley is a Shareholder in San Diego. His practice is focused on representing clients in high stakes, complex business and commercial litigation and arbitration. He represents clients ranging from small businesses and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, semi-governmental agencies, and banking institutions.

Danielle Diebert, a Shareholder in the Firm’s Sacramento office, is a member of the Litigation and Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning practice groups. She represents individuals, corporate fiduciaries, and professional fiduciaries throughout the State of California in all aspects of trust and estate administration, with a special focus on trust and estate litigation.

Hillary Dorne is a Shareholder in the Firm’s San Diego office. Representing both individuals and entities, she focuses her practice on advising private client transactions, including business planning and corporate compliance, corporate governance, commercial finance, and real estate.

Kathryn Fox is a member of the Labor & Employment practice group and Vice-Chair of the Franchise Law industry group in Buchalter’s San Diego office. She defends employers in litigation, advises employers on litigation avoidance, and provides counseling on workplace law matters.

Jeffrey Farano, a Shareholder in the Firm’s Orange County office, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He represents real estate developers and companies on litigation and transactional matters regarding land development, land use, entitlement, and permitting matters and provides legal counsel regarding CEQA issues.

Landon Hardcastle is a member of the Commercial Finance and Real Estate practice groups in Buchalter’s Salt Lake City office. His practice is primarily concentrated in real estate, securities-based, and other asset-based lending transactions.

Sandy Isaac is a Shareholder in the firm’s San Diego office with particular experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and conservatorships. She has ample experience in representing professional and nonprofessional fiduciaries, beneficiaries/heirs, and creditors with a variety of matters.

Aaron Levine is a Shareholder in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, and has experience handling all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.

Anthony Napolitano is a Los Angeles-based Shareholder and member of the Insolvency & Financial Law Group. He represents financial institutions, creditor committees, debtors, lessors and unsecured creditors in various aspects of corporate restructuring, finance, distressed M&A, and litigation matters.

Jarom Phipps is a Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning Shareholder based in the Firm’s Sacramento office. A certified specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, his specialty is trust and estate-related litigation, where throughout California, he helps clients navigate complex issues all the way through discovery and trial.

Michael Worth, a Shareholder in Los Angeles, represents clients at every stage of the litigation process. His practice is focused on business and complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, contractual matters, and business torts involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, business interference, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
