Margarita Egiazarova spoke at an AEB webinar on employee retention strategies amid talent shortages
Margarita Egiazarova, Partner of the Labor Law Practice at ALRUD and Deputy Chair of the AEB Labor Law Subcommittee, PhD in Law, on October 21, 2024, spoke at the business event, organized by the Compensation & Benefits Sub-Committee jointly with Labour Law Sub-Committee of the AEB HR Committee. The event was held in a webinar format on the topic: «Employees Retention Tools in the Context of Staff Shortage».
In her presentation, «****The Evolution of Motivation: From Traditional Bonuses to Shares and DFAs****», Margarita highlighted key aspects of modern motivation systems, beginning with traditional bonus programs and transitioning to innovative methods, such as employee participation in IPOs and the use of digital financial assets (DFAs). She emphasized that these tools not only help companies retain valuable employees in a highly competitive talent market but also foster long-term engagement. Margarita also shared examples of successful implementation of these approaches and provided practical recommendations for their effective application.
