Bradley Partner Ann Cargile Elected American Bar Foundation Fellow

Bradley is pleased to announce that Ann Peldo Cargile, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).
The ABF Fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of the communities. Membership in the Fellows is limited to 1% of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. The ABF Fellows provide support through annual contributions and sponsorship of seminars and events of direct relevance to the legal profession.
A member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Cargile represents parties in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, finance and joint ventures. She has a national leasing practice and, in addition, represents lenders in placing financing and advises parties on structuring joint ventures to their best advantage.
She is the former president of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the premier organization for real estate lawyers in the U.S. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in Real Estate Law and listed in Chambers USA in the Real Estate category since 2003. She regularly speaks on real estate related topics to national, regional and local groups, comprised of both attorneys and non-attorneys in the industry, as well as authors articles for national legal publications.
