Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – October 28, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that the Land Use and Zoning team and partner Elizabeth Somerstein have successfully secured approval for the redevelopment of the well-known 27-year-old Signature Grand event hall in Davie, Fla., on behalf of the client, Altman Logistics Properties (BBX Capital).

The 11.3-acre site will be redeveloped with an 182,000-square-foot warehouse and logistics facility.
