Han Kun authors the China chapter of Lexology In-Depth: Asset Management for the fifth time
The well-known London-based legal publisher, Law Business Research, recently published the 13th edition of Lexology In-Depth: Asset Management (formerly known as The Asset Management Review). Han Kun, as the exclusively invited Chinese law firm, has contributed to the China chapter for five consecutive years. This year, Han Kun partners Ms. Lin Zhou, Mr. TieCheng Yang, Ms. Yin Ge, and Ms. Yao (Ally) Hu co-authored the China chapter of the book. Other Han Kun contributors to this year's China chapter included Zhuo Zhou, Mingyu Xia, Jianyang Ding, and Yanyu Wen.
Lexology In-Depth: Asset Management is an incisive general introduction to the complex regulatory frameworks governing asset management business worldwide, and the related practical issues that arise in the sector. With a focus on recent trends and developments, it covers, among other things, key regulatory hurdles, common asset management structures, main sources of investments, tax implications, and an outlook for future developments.
