ALRUD Labour practice team hosted the conference "Labour Patterns: Trends, Perspectives, Solutions"

On October 31, 2024, ALRUD’s new office hosted the conference "Labour Patterns: Trends, Perspectives, Solutions", organized by ALRUD’s Labour Law Practice with support from the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce and Legal Insight magazine. The event brought together business leaders from diverse industries, including senior executives, legal professionals, and HR specialists, to discuss key trends in labor law.
The conference was opened by Margarita Egiazarova, Partner at ALRUD’s Labour Law Practice, who emphasized the importance of addressing current challenges and collaboratively seeking effective solutions: "Labour law is becoming increasingly complex and dynamic. This event is a unique opportunity to not only understand these changes but to view labor relations from multiple angles, identifying best practices and business-oriented approaches".
