Han Kun represents Elong Power in connection with the listing of its De-SPAC Merger and Listing on NASDAQ

On November 22, 2024, Elong Power Holding Ltd. ("Elong Power") completed its merger with TMT Acquisition Corp, a U.S. special-purpose acquisition company ("SPAC") and was officially listed on NASDAQ under the stock code "ELPW".
Han Kun represented Elong Power throughout the course of the De-SPAC Merger and provided legal services, including acting as the PRC counsel to Elong Power in connection with the De-SPAC Merger and completing the overseas listing filings with CSRC.
Elong Power is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, development, manufacture, and marketing of high-power lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and construction machinery, as well as large-capacity, long-cycle lithium-ion batteries for energy storage systems.
