Veirano Advises Fleury on the Acquisition of Three Laboratories

Veirano advised on the acquisition by Fleury of 100% of equity stake in the following companies: Laboratório De Análises Clínicas Confiance, Labclin Laboratório Clínico De Campinas and Inda-Lab Análises Clínicas, from Confiance Medicina Diagnóstica, for BRL 130 million.
The transaction is subject to approval by CADE.
