Bradley Continues Growth of Atlanta Office with Tax Attorney Allen N. Bradley
Bradley is pleased to announce that Allen N. Bradley has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as counsel in the Tax and Trusts and Estates practice groups.
“Allen is both an experienced corporate attorney and an outstanding transactional tax attorney who brings deep technical experience to our team,” said Bradley Atlanta Office Managing Partner Sidney S. Welch. “We are pleased to add his tax expertise to help support the increased volume of deals the firm is handling during an exceptionally strong period of transactional work. Allen’s practice will also complement our recent expansions in renewable energy and tax controversy matters, continuing our strategic growth in Atlanta.”
Mr. Bradley assists clients with tax matters related to corporate and finance transactions, corporate and partnership tax, executive and other non-qualified compensation, and trusts and estates law. He has experience with renewable energy tax matters and negotiating contracts for solar energy projects. Mr. Bradley has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Tax Law since 2023 and was selected as the “Solar Advocate of the Year” by the Georgia Solar Association in 2020.
Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Bradley was vice president and general counsel for a technology company in Atlanta. He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and his LL.M. from New York University. Mr. Bradley is a member of the American, Atlanta, and Georgia bar associations, as well as the Georgia Solar Energy Association and the Atlanta Tax Forum.
Bradley’s Tax Practice Group offers a broad range of services covering all aspects of federal, state, and local taxation laws for individuals and businesses. The firm’s tax attorneys serve a diverse client base and have direct experience handling unique tax issues in a wide range of industries. More than half of the partners in the Tax Practice Group are elected Fellows in either the American College of Tax Counsel or the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, both of which are elite groups of nationally recognized tax or trust and estate attorneys.
Bradley’s Atlanta office has more than doubled in size since it was established in May 2023 with 20 lawyers from leading law firms across the market.
