Robert Maddox Featured in Bank Director's Training Series on Strengthening Boardroom Discussions

Bradley attorney Robert Maddox was featured in a training video for Bank Director sharing best practices for strengthening boardroom discussions.
Maddox explained that lively and productive discussions, in which board members are unafraid to dissent, are critical to strong corporate governance.
