Deacons awarded "Debt Capital Market Deal of the Year" by Asian Legal Business

Deacons was awarded the "2011 ALB Debt Capital Market Deal of the Year" for advising McDonald's on the Hong Kong law aspects of the issuance of a yuan corporate bond in the principal amount of RMB200 million at the Asian Legal Business Awards ceremony held in Hong Kong. Deacons partners who worked on the deal were Eugina Chan and Alexander Que of the Corporate Finance practice and Lam Wing Wo of the Banking & Finance practice.
