Wardynski & Partners Transactions Portal launched

June, 2012 - Warsaw, Poland

The second legal portal by Wardyński & Partners is already up and running—this time devoted to mergers and acquisitions in Poland.

Alongside the Litigation Portal, Wardyński & Partners has now rolled out the second online repository of legal knowhow. The new portal contains a practical legal guide to M&A deals, which will be steadily expanded to include information about interesting transactions in Poland, important judicial rulings, and changes in the law governing M&A.

The portal is designed for users who are involved in M&A in Poland—investment advisers, bankers, lawyers, and businesspeople actively participating in corporate transactions on the Polish market.

“Creation of the Transactions Portal continues the philosophy we have adopted to share our practical knowledge with clients and the business community,” said Paweł Ciećwierz, adwokat, the partner who heads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. “We have been operating the Litigation Portal for four years, where we share our knowhow mainly involving dispute resolution through the courts and arbitration. At the law firm, there is also a large group of lawyers who handle corporate transactions for our Polish and foreign clients. They have developed an impressive stock of intellectual capital, which we would now like to share with a wide range of users, particularly in light of the fact that a service of this type has never before been available in Poland.”
