January, 2015 - Lisbon, Portugal

PLMJ has just promoted seven of its lawyers to the position of senior associate. These promotions reflect the firm’s core policy of organic growth and recognition of the professional merit and human qualities of its lawyers.

On the basis of their excellent work and their daily contribution to strengthening PLMJ’s reputation and competitiveness, the firm has promoted: António Júdice Moreira from PLMJ Arbitration, Dirce Rente from criminal litigation, Joana Maldonado Reis and Maria Inês from the tax practice, Nuno Pimentel Gomes from the public law practice, Pedro Guerreiro from the real estate practice and Ruben Brigolas from the Africa Desk. These newly promoted lawyers join PLMJ’s 64 senior associates as part of a team of 250 lawyers in the firm’s offices in Lisbon, Oporto and Faro who work every day to find effective and innovative solutions and to exceed the expectations of their clients.

These appointments recognise dedication to specialisation and the hard work done for clients, and they embody PLMJ’s culture or rewarding the merit of its lawyers.
