AELEX Drafts Nigeria Minerals and Mining Bill

AELEX led by Adegbite Adeniji recently drafted an investor friendly Minerals and Mining Bill that will repeal the 1999 Minerals and Mining Act. The Bill has been passed by the lower house of the National Assembly and is awaiting senate approval.
