Ellex is No.1 Baltic Law Firm By Deal Count in Eastern Europe 2016

International dealwatchers have announced M&A results for the year 2016. There is still seen a decrease in deal volume compared to 2015, however, according to Mergermarket the last quarter marked a high in dealmaking being the strongest quarter of the year in Europe. The Baltic State M&A market was led by Ellex, a circle of leading Baltic law firms, with the highest number of deals.
Bloomberg has reviewed the total of 39 deals, Mergermarket – 23 and Thomson Reuters – 48 deals. It is a tremendous honour to be a leader in the Baltic M&A market for a whole year of 2016.
