Delphi assists Amasten in acquisition

Advokatfirman Delphi has been legal advisor to Amasten in Amasten’s acquisition of two real properties in Finspång with an underlying real estate value of SEK 177,5 million. The real properties consists of 16 351 square metres and the areas for lease include 215 apartments and a few commercial properties.
Delphi’s team was led by partner Nina Persson, assisted by Katarina Häggqvist, Andréa Rylander and Rebin Ahmad.
