Haynes and Boone Represents Hyatt in Luxury Rental Deal

In a transaction spanning nine jurisdictions, Haynes and Boone, LLP assisted Hyatt Hotels Corp. in acquiring a strategic minority interest in Oasis Luxury Rentals Inc., a privately owned company based in Miami.
Haynes and Boone, SC (Mexico) served as Mexican counsel for the project, led by Mexico City Partner Antonio Diez de Bonilla and Associate Julio Sardina.
A Haynes and Boone, LLP team also coordinated work for several other Spanish-speaking jurisdictions. Dallas Partner Larry Pascal, Dallas Foreign Associate Cesar Ramírez and Mexico City Foreign Associate Pablo Sansot worked on this aspect of the project.
