With a team led by Dr. Michael Dröge, Partner at the Hamburg office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the shareholders of thinXXS Microtechnology AG, including majority shareholder PRICAP Venture Partners AG, on the sale of their shares to a subsidiary of IDEX Corporation.
thinXXS Microtechnology AG is a technology leader in the field of microfluidic systems, in particular in the diagnostics market. The investment of IDEX Corporation is intended to continue the expansion path of thinXXS Microtechnology AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
