Dan Harkins Appointed Director of Dykema’s Intellectual Property Department
Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that Dan Harkins has been appointed to serve the firm as Director of its Intellectual Property (IP) Department, a team focused on counselling clients in all aspects of the procurement, management, and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights.
For more than 25 years, Harkins has advised clients on how best to protect and enhance their intellectual property assets. He litigates patent, trademark, domain name, copyright, and trade secret disputes, as well as technology and commercial disputes. Recognized nationally for his copyright and trademark litigation experience, Harkins is a frequent author and lecturer on various intellectual property issues.
