A team led by the two Düsseldorf-based partners Dr. Peter Vocke and Dr. Michael Sörgel advised Lange Objektgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG and KILA I GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of an inner-city logistics park comprising about 26,000 square meters of usable space in Essen. The buyer is Schroder Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
The logistics park on Bamlerstrasse in the Krupp-Gürtel industrial estate consists of several building sections, which were entirely renovated in 2015 and 2017. A third part of the building was added in 2015. The property is fully rented. Logistics company Van Eupen, which has its headquarters here, is the main tenant. The logistics park is characterized by an inner-city location with very good infrastructure. The A40, A42, and A52 highways are only a few minutes away.
