Vanessa N. Rogers Accepted to Ignite Louisville Program

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s Vanessa N. Rogers has been accepted to the Leadership Louisville Center’s Ignite Louisville Class of Fall 2018.
Ignite Louisville is a seven month program geared toward young professionals on established career paths. The program enhances professional growth and development to leadership success. During the program, the class will undertake a project from a local nonprofit, in which they will work as a team serving the community.
A member of Dinsmore’s employment practice group, Rogers handles all varieties of employment challenges for clients, ranging from discrimination and retaliation issues to on-the-job injuries. She is experienced handling and counseling clients on complex issues involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Kentucky Civil Rights Act, and other state and federal employment statutes.
