Dinsmore Attorneys Accepted to CBA’s Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s Tom Connor, Nick Rericha and Govinda Davis have been accepted into the CBA’s Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL) 2018 Class.

This is the 22nd year for the program, which focuses on practical, professional and ethical issues facing local attorneys. The steering committee reviewed the nominations and compiled the list of 26 Cincinnati-area attorneys.

A partner in the Litigation department, Connor is an experienced litigator, having handled trials, mediations, negotiations, and client counseling in a wide variety of matters, including commercial litigation, tort defense, and intellectual property disputes. Connor has experience practicing in both state and federal courts throughout much of the Midwest, including experience in complex and multi-district litigation.

Rericha is a partner in the Intellectual Property department, focusing his practice on patent preparation and patent prosecution, as well as invalidity and non-infringement opinions. His practice includes a wide variety of technological areas including robotics, material processing, optics, circuit design, control systems, software, computer science, automotive, power semiconductors, nanotechnology, among others.

Davis is an associate in the Intellectual Property department where she focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law. Her experience includes counseling clients on trademark and copyright prosecution, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, social media issues, domain disputes and federal court litigation.
