Kyle Maland Joins Dinsmore’s San Diego Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added associate Kyle Maland to the firm’s San Diego office. Kyle will practice out of the Labor & Employment practice group.
Kyle comes to Dinsmore from Peterson Bradford Burkwitz, where he defended private sector employers and government entities in a variety of litigations matters in state and federal courts involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in interactive process, wage and hour disputes, labor code violations, and wrongful termination. Kyle frequently appeared before state and federal courts across California. Kyle also represented government entities in a variety of administrative proceedings.
Kyle earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in san Diego, CA and his B.A. in political science from Arizona State University.
