Michael C. Toth Joins Dykema's Austin Office
Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Michael C. Toth to its Commercial Litigation practice group as senior counsel in the firms Austin office. Toth joins Dykema after serving as Special Counsel to the First Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Office of Attorney General in Austin.

He is on the Steering Committee of the Federalist Societys Austin Lawyers Chapter and a member of the American Enterprise Institutes Leadership Network.
Michael brings with him significant experience handling a wide range of litigation matters, said Keith Shuley, Managing Member of Dykemas Austin Office. His vast background will no doubt benefit the firm and our clients. Were very excited that hes joined the firm.
Toth earned his J.D., as well as an M.A. in History, from the University of Virginia and a B.A., magna cum laude, in History from Stanford University. He also served on active duty as a military attorney in the U.S. Marine Corps and remains active in the reserves.
