Arabella Bennett returns to ENSafrica’s banking and finance practice
ENSafrica, Africa’s largest law firm, has appointed Arabella Bennett as an executive consultant in our top-tier banking and finance department in Cape Town.
Arabella, who was an executive at the firm until 2014, has over 15 years’ experience and is a specialist in pension law, collective investments, insurance and reinsurance transactions, regulatory work and local and cross-border structured debt and hybrid debt transactions. She has advised retailers on offerings regulated in the e-banking and insurance sectors, as well as on credit-rated preference share transactions. Arabella has also assisted public sector institutional investors on a range of local and offshore investments, including private equity and liability-driven investments.

Arabella’s return to the firm follows the recent appointments of banking and finance executives Bradley Harber in June 2018, and Vusi Mathebula in April 2018.
